An overused word is...welcome.
But in Southwest Iowa it is a way of life. We are small-town friendly and believe that all are welcome at Cottonwood Pavilion.
We are the owners and managers and sometimes the bartenders!
Cottonwood Pavilion was the old sale barn.
Three generations of our family bought and sold cattle in this location. So we have history with this building. Through lots of hard work and determination (and family members helping) it has been lovingly transformed into the most unique venue in the SW Iowa.
This is a labor of love!
We have kept the charm of the old sale barn with
lofty trusses, old rusted gates & faded paint but with brand new amenities such as restrooms and a catering area. With more to come.
